KKK and white supremacists have always been involved in law enforcement since the beginnings.
One of the very first police existence was the slave patrols used to catch runaway slaves or to keep slaves in order.
During the Civil Rights Movement, one of the KKK’s first order was to infiltrate police departments because “the laws don’t apply to them if they are the law.”
In 1991, a neo-nazi, white supremacist gang were of sheriff deputies terrorizing the streets of Lynwood in Los Angeles county.
